Please ensure you carefully read the product descriptions before placing your order, as they detail the materials used in each item.
For refunds or exchanges, simply return the package to our address. Once we receive it, we’ll promptly dispatch the replacement or issue a refund if the item is defective.

Refund Policy:

In case of a refund, delivery charges for both the outbound and return shipments will be deducted from the original order amount. The remaining balance will be refunded via EasyPaisa or Bank Transfer.

Exchange Process:

Exchanges may take 5-7 days to process. Please note that there’s an additional Rs 200 charge for exchanges, which covers delivery costs.
Please keep in mind:

• Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
• All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
• The item must be unwashed and in line with the provided washing instructions.
• The item doesn’t match the original specifications or differs from what you ordered.
• Any disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery by calling us at 0331-3750160.
• Replacement will be provided for defective items, but photographic evidence must be emailed within 7 days of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products, with a deduction of Rs 200 for delivery charges.
